The eligibility criteria for Medhavi Yojna is as follows:

• Be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• Have passed Class 12 with 70% or more marks (if appeared through Secondary Education Board of Madhya Pradesh) or have obtained 85% or more marks (if appeared through CBSE/ICSE Board).
• Have an annual parent/guardian income of less than INR 6 lakh from all sources.
• Have enrolled at an undergraduate level of course at a recognised university or institution.
• For engineering aspirants - The students who have qualified JEE Mains exam with a rank of less than 1,50,000 can apply for the scholarship.

According to the information you have given, you can apply under OBC Rank for this scholarship.

As you are not fit for Eligibility criteria required for it.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must -

• Be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• Have passed Class 12 with 70% or more marks (if appeared through Secondary Education Board of Madhya Pradesh) or have obtained 85% or more marks (if appeared through CBSE/ICSE Board).
• Have an annual parent/guardian income of less than INR 6 lakh from all sources.
• Have enrolled at an undergraduate level of course at a recognised university or institution.
• For engineering aspirants - The students who have qualified JEE Mains exam with a rank of less than 1,50,000 can apply for the scholarship.
• For medical aspirants - The students who have obtained admission to a government/private medical/dental college through NEET merit are eligible to apply.
• For law aspirants - The students who have qualified the CLAT examination and obtained admission to an NLU or Delhi University are eligible to apply.

The eligibility criteria for MP Medhavi yojana is aa follows:

You must be a permanent citizen of Madhya Pradesh, India.

Annual earning of your parents/ guardians should not exceed Rs. 6 lakhs per annum.

Domicile of Madhya Pradesh will not be taken from regular students, but private students have to present their domicile certificates.

Applicants must have scored 75% of marks from Madhya Pradesh board and 85% marks from CBSE board.

So , if you satisfy all of the above mentioned criteria , you are surely eligible to apply for Medhavi yojana.
