It is not that way. Your final impression is what matters the most. You meed to be very smart enough when you go for interviews and campus placements GDs or PIs that some of your weaknesses of [ast that you are worried about get overshadowed by your Personality. If you are talented enough now and can answer all the questions that they ask and promise all that they need  as per your Btech education then dont worry this 10th or 12th marks wont be a hurdle in your placements. But yes if you are struggling in the interview, then these thinngs also can come into notice to judge you more.

If you have joined in B.Tech course with the proper rank then H.S result is really not a big matter. But H.S. result is definitely a big thing . When the interviewer ask you questions and you give ans in very proper way then I don't think your H.S result would be a big matter. As there are three or four rounds in a job interview then perform well in every steps.
