Since you have secured 83 percentile and your Obc-ncl category rank is too low. You will not get any NITs, IIITS and GFTIs due to low rank.
You may get admission in some private colleges.

Sorry to disappoint you but even with having the advantage of reservation you need ti score a rank below 25k to get admission into NITs . With this rank you could only get admission into private engineering colleges however you might get lower branches in NITs if you have state quota.
