if you are a general category student you stand no chance of getting in north campus of Delhi University. The cut off of Delhi University for economic honours in north Campus is more than 95% and your percentage is very less compared to it.

Hi, unfortunately I will have to inform you that as per last year's cut off lists, the only college where you get admission is shyam lal evening college. The cut off for all other colleges went as low as just 90% and only shaym lal evening college had 86% cut off in the 10th list. I would recommend you to look for other colleges for this course because the cut offs in DU are quite high as admissons to this course are high in demand.
