I am assuming you belong to General Category.
With your score, do add one percent when you are applying to a co-ed college because girl candidates get one per cent leverage compared to other male peers.
If you apply to a girls' only college, the exact cutoff will be put to use.
With that said, you will be getting History Hons in colleges like Deshbandhu, Ram Lal Anand, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma by the 1st-2nd cutoff. However, you stand a chance to get into Kamala Nehru, Gargi, Daulat Ram by the 3rd-5th and later cutoffs. Do apply to wherever you clear the cutoff.

When it comes to colleges like Ramjas, Stephens, LSR, it will be a little difficult for you if you belong to general category since cutoffs in these colleges normally go high.
Good luck.
