You can get many good private colleges. Getting a government college can be bit difficult as due to increased competition this year. score of 470 - 480+ would be good to get a govt seat in a state.Fee structure in private college varies from college to college. MGIMS wardha, CMC vellore, charges less than 2 lakh/year where as there are many with a fee of 9–10 lakh per year. fees less than 2 lakh would be filled fast by good rankers so you will not probably get a seat there. You have to decide about repeating or joining a private this year. However it is best to look out for a pvt College in ur state. Going for pvt colleges in different states by having the impression that they have lesser fees is a wrong option. Seeing you coming from a different state, they may add additional fees such as additional tuition fees, library fees etc., all of which are in lakhs per annum. Hence the BEST OPTION is to choose a pvt college in ur state.
