no with 93 percent you cannot get a top notch College of the North Campus of the university of Delhi, new Delhi. You can get a college of the south campus or an all girls college like gargi or maitryei college.even though you have scored so high it's really difficult to get admitted even with such a score because of the tough competition and high cutoffs year by year.
