I have scored 98.12% in jee mains and i am sc category what are the chances to get an nit? can I get nit Allahabad

Your chances are very high, except one or two NIT's that too with CS branch you can get any NIT. (if you are SC/ST)

The minimum percentage qualification for the Nit is 

General category - 75%

Sc/st category - 65% 

And also top 20 percentile cutoff for the class12 exam as conducted by your respective boards. 

You've got a very good percentile hopefully would have a higher chance if getting into an Nit.
