Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. According to you previous cut offs of BA English (Hons) for outside Delhi SC category, the opening cut off was rank 1 and closing cut off was around 1100th rank. Unfortunately, you have little chance of getting into IPU for BA English (hons).
