You have not mentioned your catagory any where,so i assume it to be genral .
Being a general candidate you can not get admission in any goverment or private medical college.
If you are from a reserved category then also it would do no good to you since you have scored really low in the entrance exam.hopefully you might get admission in some other courses like bds bams,bhms.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
