Hello. At your marks in the Neet exam you can get the following government colleges in Karnataka in OBC category

Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bidar
Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur(336)
ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore (346)
ESIC Medical College, Gulbarga (355)
Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi (345)

All this cutoffs are based on the previous year and these are definitely going to change this year. also the cut off is going to rise this year because the exam was a little on the easier side and students have performed well this year according to the results and the above cutoffs will rise this year although your marks are safely higher than the above cutoffs but it might happen that some of these colleges might be come out of your reach.
