Hi dear,
Last year cut off for obc in Karnataka under state quota was 338 at Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raichur and under AIQ was 541 at ESIC Medical college.
So going by previous years cut off You can expect a seat at 374 however keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

Hello,
With a score less than 550 it is really hard to get into govt colleges and even through state quota the chances are really low even though you belong to the OBC category because the competition is very high but you can try in private Deemed Universities.
