If you are getting a KCET result than you are eligible for all kinds of courses which the colleges offers under KCET scheme and that seat is government seat. You will have to pay govt fees and college fees for your admission.

You have scored very decent ranking in KCET. You can get some very good engineering colleges with this rank. If you have some good reservation than you will get top engineering colleges for your rank.

In your case your rank is considerably  low to get into the top 10 engineering college in Bengaluru, To get a seat in top engineering college you must at least had a rank of 20K because CS and IS will always have high cut-off.
