Hi Aspirant,
As per the eligibility of CAT,you need to score more than 50% marks in your graduation to be eligible for appearing.
Class 10th and 12th marks do have a weightage and it depends on the institution due to no specific cutoff.However,the higher marks you get,the better chances you have.
