You have chance of getting into NITs , you can check on previous year cutoffs of NIT on the following link

Hi chirayu

Though it is a good score but not enough to get you a seat in IIT. As per your marks, and considering you belong to general category,your probable rank will be approximately 53024-60524. You may be eligible for JEE Advanced. With this rank you won't get into the IITs but you may have some chances of getting into NITs and some other Government Colleges.
