If you belong the general category then i is not possible for you to secure a seat in ECE, but you can secure a seat in telecommunications engineering, automobile engineeering and medical electronics.

But if you belong to the Hyderabad-Karnataka category it is possible for you to secure a seat in ECE in dsce.
