Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Engineering Entrance Examination HITSEE is a national level entrance exam for which candidate needs to prepare quit well.

For the home state, there some relaxation to the opening and closing ranks of the candidate.

With 1235 rank, you can expect IT and computer science related branches. You have a great chances of admission through counseling and do not need to pay any donations.
