Hi Srinivas,

According to my knowledge when I had appeared for KCET exam the study certificate of 10th std was signed by BEO.

You need not worry because the process is carried out by school administration but, in some schools the study certificate will be issued and you have to take the sign of BEO it's not a big issue you can find it in your city or you can simply ask the location of BEO office to your teachers/ non teaching staff.
