If you have confirmed the admission by paying the fees in the institutes than you are not eligible for MBBS spot round.
If you just got the allotment in BAMS you applied betterment by paying the seat acceptance fees and you want to check does i get better college or better course than this at this point only you can try for MBBS spot round in private college.
