You don't need to upload three certificates compulsory. To get admission in Delhi university or any affiliated college to Delhi university under sports quota its not compulsory to give three certificates. You can give one certificate too. According to delhi university you can give at most three certificate that means you can give either One, Two or Three certificates but not more than three. Those who have more certificates have an option to submit those too.
