Aisha, if you have selected General Category as your Category while filling the NEET application form, correction window is your last chance to make corrections to it. One the correction window has passed, unfortunately you cannot make any changes to the NEET application form and neither can you attend the Counselling with a different Category. NTA has been clear about that part. So unfortunately even if you belong to OBC, because you selected General Category as your Category during NEET application form, you cannot change it OBC during Counselling. The last chance for you was the correction window.
Hello aspirant,
I guess in NEET examination form you have wrongly mentioned your category as general, but not to worry because for counselling process you will have to register yourself and having delhi domicile you will be opting for state quota seats for delhi.
So, first of all you will have to correctly select your category OBC in state counselling registraion, then you will be treated as category student.
There is of course a reservation of OBC category in NEET. And a seperate cutoff score so based on that you will give seats. OBc students are given 27% reserved seats for that you will be needing proper OBC certificate issued from the state gov.
