Hi there. In response to your query, the answer would really depend on how wrongly have you written your name. Is it a normal spelling mistake or have you completely written it wrong, that might decide how your issue is treated. Though the examination checkers do probably check the roll numbers as well so that might actually work in your favor but as such nothing can be said with surety.
