There are no guidelines available for such problems so we can't give you the way out except that you have to contact the helpdesk only. If there are any ways, then can only give you a way out. Sorry to say but you have to wait for there reply else we have no clue how to resolve your problem as there are no guidelines available from the official notifications.

You can contact the AIIMS Exam customer Care number and get it discussed. This may give you some directions.
