It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like

>>>> Caste Category of the students

>>>> Number of students appeared in the exam

>>>> Difficulty level of the exam

>>>> Number of seats available, etc.

You have less chances of getting Horticulture seat for your KCET Rank, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.
