hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were worried about their college.So, it is obvious that you wont get a goverment college but surely can get a private medical college through management quota or donation.

Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
