Hi aspirant, thanks for asking your query.
There are very less chances of your getting admission into JMI Delhi. You have 88 percentile in JEE mains which means your rank is approx. 1 lac. Chances are that you may get civil engineering that too in last rounds of counselling.
For getting admission in government college, you need to have more than 95 percentile marks in JEE mains.

hello aspirant,
the eligibility criteria for jamia milia is 50% marks in 10+2 in pcm.
and most of the state medical colleges has 50-55% marks criteria of 10+2.
so you may not have any problem.
