Since, you have lost your hall ticket of TS EAMCET 2019, then you can kindly make a call or visit your college where you have studied intermediate. So, they will have a list of all the students with their hall ticket numbers and stuff, So you can request them to provide your hall ticket number politely and can download it. Be patient and don't worry it's not a big problem.
