hi om prakash you must have qualified Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English to appear for NEET 2019. It is required of you to pass in these subjects individually.and you should have scored an aggregate of 50% for unreserved, 45% for Physically Handicapped, and 40% for reserved including the PH reserved in these subjects on aggregate, hope this helps, good luck
