You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 445, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years in case you belong to general or obc category. Last year,  a minimum score of 522 procured a seat in the Faculty of dental sciences, Lucknow in general category and 525 in obc category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
