you can give jee advance only if you qualify in jee main. you mentioned that you are going to appear in 12 in 2019. so you can give 2019 and 2020 jee advance exam. according to jee exam rules a student can attemt jee advance maximum 2 times. 2 attempts in consecutive year and the year you are appearing for 12th will also be counted as 1st attempt. so you can give jee advance in 2019, and 2020 only.
