Hello Sharad,
Sure you are eligible for JAM this year. You have to submit your degree in your admitting college before 30 Sept 2019. You need not to worry about that because your degree is going to complete in April.
In Degree Qualification, You need to fill your degree related details like Subjects, Appaering/passed, Your running percentage etc in respective column.
