The state quota seats in Maharashtra  is divided to 70% regional quota and 30% state quota. These regional seats are  reserved for candidates from Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra (RoM) region. Within these quotas, the constitutional quota and 30% state quota for female aspirants are also reserved.  The entering and closing ranks vary every year based on so many factors so an approximate prediction is not possible. Based on previous year data you might have a chance in state quota seats. The chances may vary based on category,number of seats available,previous year trends and so on.
