You have scored such a low marks in the NEET that the admission in the medical or dental institute would be nearly impossible in karnataka state. You can go for the management quota seats as that is the option you have with the low marks. But I would suggeat you to go for the other courses than the medical as you can go for the BSc courses in the various fields. If you try to get the admission in medical institutes then it would be very difficult and almost impossible to get so better you choose the other options where you can make your future bright.
