As I see you have tagged GATE examinations, I must tell you that IIIT Surat does not provide Mtech in any of the courses. It only provides Btech in CSE and ECE. Now assuming that you were asking for Home State quota through JoSAA counselling for IIIT Surat. IIIT Surat is one of the Public-Private Partnerships institutions and as with other IIITs, it does not provide any State quota to aspirants.
