Hello Renuka,

The KCET B.Sc. Nursing cutoff varies each year based on factors like the number of applicants, exam difficulty, and seat availability. For example, in recent years, top nursing colleges had closing ranks in the range of 40,000 to 1,00,000 for the General Merit category.

For 2025, the expected cutoff for the General category is around the 50th percentile, while for reserved categories like OBC, EWS, SC, and ST, the expected cutoffs are approximately at the 45th, 48th, 42nd, and 40th percentiles respectively.

To check your eligibility:

  1. Identify your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.) since cutoffs differ accordingly.

  2. Compare your KCET rank with previous years’ closing ranks of colleges you are interested in.

  3. Participate in all counseling rounds to improve your chances of admission.
