The rank list for KEAM is prepared by calculating the average marks secured in the entrance exam and class 12 in the ratio of 50:50. So you need to score well in both the exams, i.e, class 12th and KEAM entrance exam.

To get a rank under 2000, you need to score more than 380 marks in both the KEAM papers to get a very decent rank. Also you should have a score of around 85% in class 12th.
