With this ( 427000) rank it is not possible to get admission in any of nits ; IIIT s or gftis because there limited number of seats and candidates are many for those seats .
And one thing more for taking admission in nits / IIITs    
Eligibility criteria is to secure minimum 75% marks in 12 the boards ( for general and OBC category ) and it is 65% for sc/st  category .
So you have to give improvement in 12 th along with jee mains in next year.

Well, basing upon your rank in JEE MAINS, it may be difficult for you to get admission into any of the NITs, IIITs across India. Also you haven't cleared the minimum cut off marks in 12th. But still you can give it a try at the time since you're a SC candidate. But there are also several other deemed universities and government engineering colleges where you can apply and it's better if you apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
