Yes, you can opt for General category while applying to universities for admission even if you had done reservation in your CUET PG application, but there are certain points of consideration:

• During CUET PG application correction window: You can modify your category (reservation status) in the CUET PG application form within the official correction window. If you lose the opportunity, your category according to the CUET PG application will be displayed in your result and scorecard.
• When we are admitted in the university: The majority of universities ask for valid reservation documents during counselling time or admission time. If you don't possess the required certificate of reservation, you can look for admission from the General category, as long as you disclose it to the university and undertake their procedure.

• If you don't hold valid reservation documents, don't avail yourself of reservation benefits in the university level.
