you will get a confirmation message on mail and on registered mobile number.

Otherwise when you login to your account than you van see your fee status that will be turned into paid or if that option is showing that pay fees means there is something problem and fees is not collected by them.

No confirmation either on mobile number/email id has been received. Fee status is also no showing as paid.
