Hi vivek,
If you have passed 12thclass or equivalent exam in2019 or2020than you can apply for jee advance . If you have completed in 2018 than you are not eligible.
You can only apear for jee advance if you clear the jee mains in 2021. If you crose the cutoff in jee mains than only you are eligible for jee advance . You cannot directly seat in jee advance exam .
You have to give jee main which is going to held in 2021 quality mains than you are eligible for jee Advance.

I failed in class 12th this year but i will give 12th again next year will i be eligibile to fill the form in November 2022 to to give exam in 2023????

Hii!
In order to qualify for jee advanced, first you will have to clear jee mains with a good rank. And the eligibility criteria for jee mains states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCM subject combinations from a recognised Board of Education. It's not a problem as long as you have passed class 12th.
