JEE Advanced can be attempted a maximum of two times in two consecutive years by the candidates. The candidates should have appeared for 12th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination in 2019 or 2020, for the first time.
If you haven't appeared for jee advance in 2019 then you can give in 2020 but not in 21 because your first attempt of class 12 exam should be just a year prior to your final JEE advanced attempt.
I hope this helps.
