Hello there,
Yes, definitely you can get admission in Diploma course for Lab Technology. Diploma courses are meant to be done after class 10. So you can easily use your class 10 marks to get admission into a good college for Diploma in Lab Technology. After that you can join B.Tech in Lab Technology directly in second year. This will increase your job opportunities and salary.
