According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about csab payment.

As per my knowledge ,now from 9-13th Nov you have to pay 40k as partial admission. If you are retaining the seat then you don't have to pay that much amount jst a lump sum amount of around 2k , but wait for csab buisness rules to confirm.

If you have paid Rs. 35000, then that means you have accepted the seat.
Now, if you want to retain your seat then you have to pay the partial admission fees.

Now, if you want to take part in csab special round counseling, then you have to give Rs. 36500 as participation fees.
Also note that - the buisness rules of csab special round 2020 is not released yet, so I am telling you this on basis business rules for csab 2019 special round.
Without giving the participation fees no one can participate in csab special round counseling. So the payment of csab special round participation fees is mandatory.

Well, if you got a seat in josaa and accepted that then, Yes you have to pay 36500/- CSAB registration fees as well the Partial fees of josaa admission i.e. 40000/- Because you are retaining the seat through Josaa and playing safe with CSAB,

But if you are sure that you are going to get your desired seat through CSAB then you can Withdraw your seat and the seat acceptance fee will be used in CSAB and just have to pay 1500/- for CSAB registration, however you have to pay Partial fee anyways but not till 13th November but you have to pay till 30th of November...
