Jadavpur University doesn't offer biochemical engineering but yes it offers chemical engineering

What is your GMR i. e general rank?

In wbjee all the seats are alloted on the basis of GMR rank and not your category rank.

Anyway,

This is very difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

For Jadavpur University   your   rank should have been at least around 2700 general rank being from Obc -B category for chemical engineering

For example,

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee, 2726 general rank for obc-b ategory  was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University for chemical engineering
