This is very difficult to predict because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

--------) number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

--------)difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

--------)Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam

--------) number of students from different categories etc

But yes,

With your 2500 pharmacy rank , considering your category as general category

You have very good chance in government pharmacy college , so you should definitely apply for government college for pharma

For example,

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee, 4676 PMR  rank for general category  was the closing rank for   for B.Pharm/Pharmaceutical Technology for government college and it was for Institute Of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri
