As per your SC category Rank, you have decent chances of conversion with Jadavpur university for following streams :

ECE
Electrical engineering
Mechanical engineering
IT engineering
Civil engineering
Chemical engineering
Power engineering
Production engineering.

You can also get into University of Calcutta, Heritage institute of technology, Haldia Institute of Technology.
