Hi Aditya!!

Delhi university is one of the finest universities in India
To get admission in that university first you require to get 50% in your 12th board. You don't need to worry about that but first you have to apply for the entrance exam in DU.
Admission process can be done by considering 50% priority to your 12th marks and another 50% bases on your performance in entrance exam,group discussion and interview. Also there are 27% seats for OBC candidates.
So yes you can apply for Delhi university.
