Hey,
I assume you are talking about your GATE score in Chemical Engineering.
Hey,
The exact prediction about the colleges is difficult as the cutoff changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the question paper,the number of candidates appearing in the examination,category of the candidates etcetra.
Moreover,your score is too less for you to get any IIT. You can expect admission in PSUs.
