Dear Sakiya,

According to last year cut off statistics, under state quota, the cutoff for BC Muslim for a government medical college is atleast above 350. This year it is expected to increase only. So with 280 marks in NEET 2019, it will be difficult for you to get a seat in a govt. medical college. Though you can try for BAMS, B.V.Sc, etc or private medical colleges.
