If you want to do b.tech there then you have bleak chances otherwise chances are good for you if going for any other course.

in pu main campus last time one student got admission whose percentile was 30....in b.sc chemistry hons. so i think you will definitely get there admission

And you must have qualified for counseling but chances are not that high.

Okay. Then you will have to apply in privte colleges in your location or anywhere you are interested because the admissions for this year are about to come to an end.
